Policies & Frequently asked questions
Can I see the items in a store?
I don’t have a physical store, but you can find me at various markets, where my creations come to life in a vibrant and personal setting. Check out this link to see where I’ll be showcasing and selling my work next – I’d love to meet you there!
What is the processing time of my order?
Typically the processing time for your order is 2-5 working days before the parcel is posted.
What is the transit time of my parcel?
I’m based in Sweden, and delivery within Sweden typically takes 2–5 working days. For deliveries outside of Sweden, transit times may vary depending on the destination country. If you’d like to know the estimated delivery time to your address, feel free to contact me, and I’ll do my best to assist you. Please note that any delays caused by weather and customs are beyond my control.
What about customs and import taxes?
Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out, and I’ll be happy to help clarify.
Can I return an item if I’m not satisfied?
Your satisfaction is important to me. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days, and I’ll assist you with a return or exchange. For the security of both parties, I kindly request that the item be returned using a tracked shipping method.
Do you accept cancellations?
I accept cancellations provided they are made before the item has been dispatched. If you need to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible.

Environmental policies
The creation of my art is approached with a commitment to minimizing environmental impact and ensuring safety. In my 3D-printing any excess resin is used for the next print. When the isopropyl alcohol needs changing, I take it to my local waste management station, complying with Swedish environmental regulations.
Moreover, I strive to use eco-friendly materials and practices wherever possible, continuously seeking ways to reduce my footprint. The beauty of art, especially in forms like 3D-printing, lies not just in the final piece but in the process – a process that I believe can be both innovative and conscientious.
